Strength Foundation
Min 1 year practical experience. Push-pull, hip hinge, squat, lunge and able to cue each clearly under pressure.

Applied Knowledge
Solid understanding of movement patterns, muscle anatomy, and energy balance. You can explain why, not just what.

PT Certification
Preferred, not mandatory. No cert yet? We’ll direct you to the right one it won’t hold you back from applying now.

CPR & AED
Current Basic Life Support certification required within your first 90 days. Non-negotiable.

Hospitality & Warmth
You make people feel looked after, not just trained. Great energy, genuine warmth, humble, no ego. Clients remember how you made them feel as much as the results.

Yes if you have genuine strength training competency and operator mindset. We care less about years of experience than the quality of your thinking and your coachability. New coaches who think like operators often outpace experienced coaches who don’t.
It’s how we identify who is on the path to branch manager or co-owner. Covers the UFL client framework, programme design to our standard, how to coach T20 professionals, and studio operations. Measured on output not attendance.
T20 professionals train early mornings, evenings, and weekends especially in your first year. As your roster matures, your schedule stabilises. The income growth that comes with a full client list makes the early schedule worth it.
As UFL expands across Southeast Asia, coaches who demonstrate operational competency and business thinking are offered co-ownership stakes in new branches. Not buying a franchise earning a seat. Structure is discussed transparently with candidates who reach that stage.
Our proprietary technology platform, launching in 2027. It supports your live coaching dashboard, helps track client progress, and alerts you before a client disengages. It handles the cognitive overhead so you’re fully present with your clients. You’ll be among the first coaches in Southeast Asia trained on it. Full detail is shared during onboarding.
